LOCATION

Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing team, the department that manages subcontracting purchasing (subcontracted factories), you will join a team of six Global Contract Manufacturing Sourcing Managers (three based in Suresnes and three worldwide) and assist them with all their projects. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Administrative management and contract monitoring
- Assist in drafting and analyzing subcontracting contracts
- Monitoring subcontractors' administrative documents (insurance, certifications, etc.)
- Updating the service provider and contract database

- Business development
- Receiving briefs from our internal clients
- Participating in co-manufacturing sourcing across Europe
- Contributing to bid analysis and comparing proposals in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines
- Presenting opportunities to internal clients

- Coordinating and monitoring subcontractors
- Monitoring the progress of subcontracted services in conjunction with internal clients
- Transmitting instructions and schedules to subcontractors
- Contributing to resolving any operational issues

- Analysis and reporting
- Collecting and analyzing subcontractor performance indicators
- Writing reports and status reports Mission progress
- Suggest areas for improvement to optimize subcontractor management

- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers
- Participate in meetings with subcontractors and draft reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and deadlines

- Process improvement
- Identify best practices and propose optimization actions
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of subcontracting-related processes
- Monitor market participants by product platform and identify new opportunities for the group

YOUR PROFILE

- You are a graduate student pursuing a degree in purchasing or logistics.

- You have a passion for working in an industrial environment.

- You are autonomous, rigorous, and curious.

- You have a passion for using office tools.

- You are not afraid of challenges!

- Fluent english level
