We are looking for an Infrastructures & Operations Manager to join our Group IT leadership team. This role is central to shaping the future of Ingenico's corporate IT infrastructures, both on-premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on security, performance, and scalability.

Your mission

As part of Group IT Strategy, you will:

- Lead & mentor an international team of analysts, fostering collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee outsourcing operations, ensuring top-quality vendor management, contract negotiations, SLA compliance, and cost efficiency.

- Build & Run IT infrastructures across regions (Networks, Systems, Databases, Digital Workplace, Security equipment) while ensuring best practices (ITIL) and long-term scalability.

- Drive cloud adoption & optimization, including Office 365, supporting DevOps teams, ensuring reliability/security, and implementing FinOps practices to optimize costs.

- Ensure cybersecurity resilience, working closely with SecOps and Group Security to implement policies, manage incidents, and lead crisis management when needed.

Your profile

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management (outsourcing, SecOps, cloud).

- Fluent in French and English (international context).

Technical expertise :

- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, storage, Active Directory, virtualization.

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

- Proven experience in cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, O365).

- Expertise in ITIL frameworks, vendor management, and SLA-driven operations.
