From our Headquarters in Puteaux, the international media department, Havas International provides the services of expert and dedicated teams to our clients such as Hermès, Michelin, Meetic, Le Parlement Européen, CapGemini, Paypal, Atout France, Orange, Carrefour, BNP Paribas on media, strategy, digital, data, programmatic, search, mobile, social and more.We are looking for our future International Media Assistant for several accounts communicating in France and internationally. The intern's tasks will include supporting channel experts in managing various clients.

Our teams are looking for an International Media Assistant that could assist them on multiple accounts on the french market and at an international scale.

The intern will work within a business unit and will assist the account executives and account director on a daily basis.

Your future challenges?

- Relationship and coordination with our different media experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) during the different step of campaign management (expert briefing, challenging media recommendations, follow up of the timeline and different deadlines, campaign follow up, presentation of mid campaign and final report of performances and others...).
- Answer and cater to the different client demands and needs in order to propose the most relevant media activation and the latest media innovations, techniques, data use. (Support ad-hoc studies, competitive analysis...).
- Support on financial follow-up.
- Support on coordination with local agencies (Briefing follow up, campaign follow up, daily support on different requests).

Your profile?

- An internship or first professional experience in marketing or media would be appreciated.

Soft skills:

- Organized and meticulous.
- Initiative-taking / Curious.
- Flexible, adaptable.
- Team spirit / Collaborative.

Education & Languages:

- Equivalent Master's Degree.
- Fluent in French & English is mandatory; a third language is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel).
- Affinity for numbers.
