Title: Apprentice Practice Product Sales & Marketing - IBM / Red Hat
Missions:
- Set up a proactive tracking tool for onboarding new partners after training on Arrow tools, IBM processes, and partnership programs.
- Establish and manage the onboarding process, qualifying partner profiles per validated IBM criteria.
- Handle incoming requests (email/phone), assess partner needs, and respond accordingly.
- Create detailed reports on all actions taken and follow up with partners for events.
- Promote innovative offerings like AI, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, environmental standards, and critical data infrastructure.
- Support commercialization with attractive pricing for clients and profitable margins for partners.

Requirements:
- Master's 1/2 degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Project Management.
- Mandatory fluency in English (written and spoken).
- First experience in B2B commercial or marketing assistance.
- Interest in IT with strong commercial and relational skills.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, dynamism, curiosity, autonomy, and teamwork.
- Enjoys client interaction with excellent relational skills.
