Title: Regional Account Manager - Cybersecurity
Missions:
- Own and expand the sales plan for the commercial SMB segment, focusing on net new business, customer winback, and competitive displacement.
- Generate and close pipeline while supporting the channel team to meet goals.
- Develop and execute specific plans to drive new commercial sales opportunities.
- Build strong business alignment with key partners and provide robust reporting and forecasting.
- Manage local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives and support key partnerships for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to design sales campaigns targeting commercial customer whitespace.
- Develop sales strategies to ensure continued adoption of cybersecurity products.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, with direct end-user sales experience (Symantec knowledge is a plus).
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience working effectively with marketing to enhance go-to-market programs.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with up to 75% travel time.

- Ability to inspire, connect, and mobilize teams.
- Deep understanding of vendor strategies and business needs.
- Proactive hunting profile.

Skills:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong writing, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
