The Data Team

At Click&Boat, Data Analysts work closely with Business owners and play a unique role with a dual scope:

- Within a squad (Product Analytics, ~50% of the time). You work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Especially during the Discovery phase by defining success metrics and the methodology to measure impact, as well as after the developments, by analyzing the feature performances (AB Tests).
- Within the Data department (Data Projects, ~50% of the time). We maintain a Data backlog, where projects are turned into EPICs, often with an exploratory dimension. Topics you could get to work on include Boat ranking algorithms, Dynamic pricing, Weather-to-business impact correlation, Analyses with LLMs.
