Position Job Title: Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist

Line Manager's Job Title: Sales Manager - Sales Manager Business Development Europe

Advertising Legal Entity: Amcor Group GmbH, Zürich/Switzerland

Work contract Legal Entity: Contract will be issued accordingly with legal requirements and legal entity of the hiring country

Contract Type: Temporary ( Replacement )

JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- EGA (Emerging Growth Account) Management: Maintain the existing EGA portfolio and identify accounts with strong growth potential for transfer to the Sales team.

- Business Development - France & UK: Support business development activities for defined accounts, based on lead management insights and targeted priorities with the sales manager BD Europe and marketing team.

- Lead Management: Manage the full lead pipeline-review, qualify, and assign leads to the Business Development team. Identify top prospects requiring further development or follow-up.

- Customer Service Support: Provide support to the Customer Service team when needed, specifically in managing House Accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Formal Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree.

- 3-5 years' experience in a lead generation role (e.g., Market Research Analyst or Manager), ideally within the packaging industry.

- Strong project and process management skills.

- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are an asset.

2. Specific Skills and Abilities

- Strong customer focus and results orientation.

- Excellent ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; strong understanding of matrix organizations.

- Ability to navigate and operate effectively within complex organizational structures.

- Adaptability to changing market and industry dynamics.
