- Manage insurance relationships and maximize insurance coverage.
- Work closely with the sales organization and support business development.
- Review and release pending sales orders.
- Review new and existing accounts' credit analysis information to assess customer status and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Conduct customer visits to gain deeper knowledge of accounts for financial reviews, relationship building, and overall risk assessment.
- Develop, build, update, maintain, and troubleshoot internal credit tools (e.g. risk models, projection models, customer credit scoring tools).
- Analyze, assess, and report on the risk of potential new and existing accounts.
- Review customer account information to identify opportunities for credit line increases and to flag potential risks.
- Review unresolved customer credit issues and collaborate with sales teams to resolve them.

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Economics
- 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Manager in an international environment or solid experience as a Credit Analyst, ready to step into a Credit Manager role.
- Strong ability to read and analyze company balance sheets and assess related financial risks.

Daily / Monthly Activities

- Evaluate order releases.
- Monitor customer credit limits and exposure.
- Ensure healthy collection levels.
- Maintain DSO within company-required targets.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Calculate risk provisions on a monthly basis.
- Monitor SOX credit-related processes.
- Coordinate with sales departments.
- Perform AR reviews (monthly / quarterly).
